We need your name, address, phone number, a credit card number with expiration date and CVV2 indicator number (3 digit number located on the back of your card).. We accept only VISA and MASTERCARD. Let us know whether delivery will be to a residential or commercial address. Please fax or call in your credit card information.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS.
Our shipping is very simple and reasonable...
We charge actual shipping on all orders.
The actual cost of shipping is not computed until the order is ready to ship and therefore is not available at the time the order is placed.

If we are out of an item, please check back and reorder when we have it in stock.. We will be glad to advise you as to the approximate ship date of an item, if we have that information available. We do not take pre-orders.....only orders for merchandise that is in stock. Orders ship out same day or next day depending on what time of day you call to order.

We very rarely have items arrive damaged but should that happen, please keep all packing material and boxes and call us. We will make it a simple process!

Returns are simple but please email or call for instructions.

The Olde Homestead gives store credit for returns but does not give refunds.
